This is our foundation and the story that we have endeavored to share: our bodies require FOOD to work optimally. If you want a different body, you need to eat different food. We have provided you with all the information to do this and to reset your metabolic machinery to get you on the path to optimal health.

As we have said many times, we believe your best health will come when you feed your body animal foods, organs, raw dairy and fruit. Everything else builds from this foundation.
